I got it just before Xmas at best buy for $449.

Now, 8 months later, of course, you can get either a bigger screen or whatever for the same price.

Im fairly pleased. Takes awhile to get used to the "slow" turning on and changing of chanels.

What got me interested in Toshiba was i went in walmart and of all their TVs this toshiba had the best picture.

Now, 8 months later, I might opt for a 37 or 42 inch because prices have come down some.

This TV is pretty basic if you want to get a cheap HDTV, LCD. But as someone has mentioned before its not an AQUOUS so its proably made of cheap parts. Mine would no turn on one day and I had the power and OPC lights blinking. Called Sharp and they said its covered by warranty, they will send out someone. The guy comes does some check for like 2 minutes and says will need a circuit board and will be back in 3 days. He returns and the TV still has issues and now he says it will need another part. The company wastes too much of my time and they want you to be home. Sharp told me to coordinate with the service company. This sucks because I have had no TV for 15 days now. I'm not sure why about all the Sylvania tvs are unavailable here on Amazon but I bought myself one at Sears a few days ago. It was only selling for $269 so I hopped on it. It has very good picture quality and good decent sound quality. It was the cheapest 22 in I've found so far. After much reviewing and persistant requesting (nagging...hahahah!) from my wife, I bought this TV for our bedroom. Initially I wanted a TV/DVD combo but then I thought that I can always connect my computer to the TV and watch movies if I want to and besides there aren't many LCD TV/DVD combos in 32 inches available in the market and the ones available are either too expensive or have not scored that many points. So that was the back ground of it.

The TV....oh man...what a TV. Really love it. It is 720p and I do not have HD programming so this TV is perfect for SD streaming. The picture is so crisp and clear. The sound which was my main criteria of selection since it was for the bedroom, is very clear, does not echo or distort.

There is a sweet sound that I love when the TV is turned on and off. It is light weight.

Ironically, even though the TV is so good I had to hang it --- on the wall, yes I wall mounted it with the help of my friend.

I am guessing this TV is getting replaced by newer TVs, so u wud expect its price to go down but this TV is so good I doubt they will further reduce its price. It's worth the money.
